About Alelea Quintana
Grounded in the Work of Senior Living Management
Alelea Quintana built CoreAxis from the inside of assisted living management — not as a consultant observing from the outside, but as a manager responsible for the daily operations of residential care homes. She has worked across multi-site operations in a leadership capacity while also serving as manager of record for her own home, navigating the full scope of what that role requires.
Her management experience spans hiring and scheduling, staff feedback and accountability, admissions coordination, and ongoing communication with residents and their families. She has led teams through survey preparation, responded to corrective action requirements, and developed practical tools and monitoring systems to help operations run more consistently.
She has also worked in collaboration with an operator on organizational strategy — understanding not just the day-to-day of management, but how individual homes fit into a broader operational picture.
